  • We are a 24/7 company, and this position requires the ability to work night shift hours (ranging from 7pm to 8am and typically including one weekend evening).

  • Ability and curiosity to learn a full range of technology platforms and data network systems as well as apply new skills rapidly.

  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix and/or Windows Server Administration.
  • 2-3 years of related technical support experience.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent Azure certification OR equivalent work experience.
  • Perform and troubleshoot routing and networking issues.
  • Train and develop skills in new technologies relevant to Logicworks’ business.
  • Perform Quality Control for VM and instance builds in our client's VMware, AWS or Azure environments.

As a Cloud Support Associate in our Network Operations Center (NOC), you will help ensure the operational success of Logicworks’ clients and internal teams by owning projects critical to our business.
